To view entries in an application:

  1. Open the application you want to view (See Navigation). The application’s entries are presented in a grid format. Each line represents a single entry.

    Refer to the image above:

    1. Breadcrumb - Displays the name of the application currently being viewed.

    2. Filters - Shows and hides the filter options. (See Filters)

    3. Deleted Rows - Displays an audit log of entries that have been deleted from that application.

    4. Refresh - Refreshes the list view.

    5. Export - Exports the current view to various formats, or prints the view. (See Print and export)

    6. Add - Adds a new entry. (See Add an entry)

    7. Edit - Opens the entry in edit mode. (See Edit an entry)

    8. Delete - Deletes the entry. (See Delete an entry)

  2. Select a line item to view the detail of that entry. The entry’s detail view opens.

    For applications that use the IndustraForm detail view, the detail view appears as follows:

    Refer to the image above:

    1. Breadcrumb - Displays the name of the application and the beginning of the entry’s description. Click on the application name to return to the list view.

    2. Refresh - Refreshes the detail view.

    3. PDF - Exports the detail view into a PDF.

    4. Version History - Displays the IndustraForm’s version changes in a human-readable audit log.

    5. Notes - Displays the notes added to the entry.

    For applications that use the logbook detail view, the detail view appears as follows:

    1. Breadcrumb - Displays the name of the application and the beginning of the entry’s description. Click on the application name to return to the list view.

    2. Refresh - Refreshes the detail view.

    3. Tabs - Provide access to the additional entries associated with that entry. Click a tab to view a list of associated entries.

    4. Edit - Opens the entry in edit mode. (See Edit an entry

    5. Delete - Deletes the entry. (See Delete an entry)

    6. Audit Log - Displays an audit trail of all changes that have been made to that entry.

  3. Where applicable, additional information or additional entries associated with that entry can be viewed from within the detail view.

Refer to the image above:

1. Select a tab to view a list of associated entries.

2. Select the Detail tab to return to the detail view of the parent entry.

In cases where the tabs represent associated applications, you can access the detail view of individual entries in their associated applications.
