This section covers managing users in j5 with LDAP authentication. It does not cover using the LDAP Synchronization feature to manage users through LDAP.

To authorize an LDAP user to use j5: Add a new user (see Add a new user). The j5 username should be the same as the LDAP username.

To remove authorization to use j5 for an LDAP user: Delete that user’s record from the Users configuration page.

To change authorization on j5 for an LDAP user: Find the record in Users that matches the LDAP username. Change their Rights Group and Profiles as required.
