An assigned section approver can only click Approve or Reject when they are signed in. When someone else is signed in, and it doesn't make sense for them to sign out so that the approver can sign in, approvers can use the Approve as... or Reject as... feature.
To approve or reject a section without signing in:

Right-click the Approve or Reject button and select Approve as or Reject as from the box that appears.

Enter your j5 username and password in the Enter Credentials box.

Click Confirm to confirm your approval or rejection of the section.
