The Report Schedules tab links the report to a distribution list and schedule.
To link a report to a preconfigured distribution list and schedule:

Click Add

Select a distribution list from the Distribution List option list.

Select a schedule from the Schedule option list.

(Optional) Set the Use date range from schedule to True, when a Simple schedule is selected. This is not supported for the other schedule types.

(Optional) Enter a Start Time Expression and End Time Expression to determine the displayed start and end time.

Select Enabled to distribute the reports.
