The sample incident IndustraForm includes all of the information for categorizing and capturing an incident. To open the IndustraForm, click the Incident Report tab. This tab title can vary depending on how the IndustraForm is configured in the Incident IndustraForms configuration module. The image below shows the default sample Incident IndustraForm supplied with the application.
The text in the Description of Incident box is read-only. The text in this box matches the description entered in the Summary box on the Detail tab.
