By default, the assignee can be selected from the full list of users on your j5 system. The list of available assignees can be restricted By Area, By Role Candidacy, or By Rights Group.
To adjust the Restrict Assignees column, double-click Restrict Assignees column next to the role you want to adjust. This opens a multi-select window.
