The cell ID box appears at the top of the Properties tab. This box allows you to name each cell. The cell names (which are the cell IDs) appear in the IndustraForm templates but are not visible in the end user’s view of the IndustraForms. The cell IDs are used as variables in formulas.

Default cell IDs are given to each configured cell in an IndustraForm template (for example, the first label created in an IndustraForm template is given Label1 as a default cell ID). These cell IDs can be edited as required. If you edit a cell ID, the new ID should be descriptive and cannot contain any spaces or punctuation marks. It can only contain small and capital letters, numbers, and underscores.

A cell ID can't be a string of capital letters followed by numbers. For example, it can't be GASTANK00001, but it can be GasTank0001.
