Auto-Expand
When this checkbox is selected (selected by default), the cell’s rich text box automatically adds more rows to the box when more rows are required (in other words, when more text rows are added to the box, the box expands to accommodate the text).
Max Rows
Limits the rich text box’s row expansion. When the inserted text goes beyond the row limit, a scroll bar appears in the rich text box.
