Scheduled Refresh refreshes the external data (tag data, import and volatile functions) in the IndustraForm.
It runs automatically when the Start Enabled checkbox is selected or a user can select Scheduled Refresh 
at the top of the IndustraForm to enable the schedule refresh.
If a user selects Scheduled Refresh at the top of the IndustraForm, this would need to be done for each instance of the
IndustraForm. This setting isn’t carried over from one IndustraForm to the next. Additionally,
the external data isn’t refreshed immediately when Scheduled Refresh is clicked (it refreshes the first time after the interval period). If you want the
data to be refreshed immediately select Refresh Data.
Start Enabled
The external data in the IndustraForm refreshes at regular intervals from when the IndustraForm is first opened.
Interval (minutes)
Determines how frequently the external data is refreshed when the Scheduled Refresh is enabled.
