  1. Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools menu icon, and select Internet options.

  2. Select the Security tab and then Trusted sites. Select Sites.

  3. If j5 is not configured to use HTTPS, clear the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone checkbox.

  4. Add the j5server full host name to the websites.

  5. Select Custom level... in the Security level for this zone section.

  6. Scroll down to User Authentication and then select Automatic logon with current user name and password.

  7. Select OK. A Warning! dialog box appears. Select Yes.

  8. Select OK on the Internet Properties window.

  9. Check the log file. You should see something like the following:

  10. Verify that Kerberos is correctly configured. To do this, navigate to the j5 server in Internet Explorer. If Kerberos is configured correctly, no authentication is required. You should be signed in as the domain user for your computer.
