j5 Mobile is supported on a wide range of different mobile devices. The supported mobile device screens have varying pixel densities, resulting in different text size displays on the different devices. The Normal display scale on most devices results in a text size that is comfortable to read, but on some devices it might be too small or too large due to the pixel density of the screen.
Normal and XXL display scale
The display scale on j5 Mobile can be adjusted to make the text larger or smaller. The method used to change the display scale is different for each platform. The following is an explanation on how to change the display scale on Android and Windows devices:
