Every entry shows the time it was last modified in the header bar above the entry detail view or section list. This time and date updates whenever the form is edited. The entry is considered edited when:

Information is entered or edited.

New subsections are added to a repeating section.

Sections are submitted, approved, or reverted.

Notes or flags are added.
The following does not affect the last modified time:

External data fetches.
-
Server-side action buttons (even the ones that update linked fields).

Scheduled tasks that update field values.
To see who last edited the form and exactly when it was edited, select 
next to the last modified time. A tooltip appears with the name or username of the
last editor and the exact date and time of the edit.
