The j5 sign in screen appears when the j5 Mobile application is opened.
To sign in, enter your username and password and then select Sign in. A progress bar appears after signing in. The home screen appears after all the IndustraForms have loaded to your device.
Your mobile device must be online (connected to a network and with the server reachable) when you sign in for the first time. You can only sign into j5 Mobile offline when you were the last user signed in (using the same credentials you used when the device was online).
While offline, if you enter the wrong password five times in a row (even if the application is closed or the device reset) you are prevented from signing in until the device is online again.
To sign out, select Sign out 
on the left side of the action bar on the home screen. The j5 sign in screen appears.

If you connect to j5 Mobile via a VPN, we recommend that you put your device on flight mode when you're not connected to the VPN. This is to stop j5 Mobile from attempting to connect to the j5 server when the device is online but it's not connected to the VPN.

To sign in on j5 Mobile offline when using iOS 15 or a newer device, j5 28.0 update 32 (or a more recent update) is required.

You can't sign in while offline when you're using j5 26.0 on iOS 15 or a newer version of iOS.
