An operator round is a sequence of measurements, observations, and tasks that an operator conducts according to a predefined plan. Operators record readings and answer questions about the status of equipment and processes, and may attach photos, videos, audio files, and notes to provide additional information.
Operator rounds are performed using IndustraForm®s on j5 Mobile. These IndustraForms are designed to be user-friendly on mobile devices for quick and efficient data collection. Information collected over the course of an operator round can be accessed as needed during the shift handover between the outgoing and incoming crews. This information can then be distributed to the necessary personnel when distribution is required.
