The j5 software raises a flag when the difference between the task’s previous value and its current value is bigger than the limit configured in this column.
For example, if the previous value was 10 and the current value is 16, the delta is 6 units. If the delta limit has been configured to be 4 units, the j5 software will raise a flag.
The delta limit can be a number or a percentage. The limit can be manually entered or determined by a formula.
For a percentage delta limit, the spreadsheet’s cell needs to be set to the Percentage format.
