The standard shift report template has a manually entered Shift Crew section, but the advanced shift report templates import the shift crew information. The shift crew information is imported from the Shift Crews module when the Shift Crews Enabled check box is selected on the shift handover configuration.
Shift crews configured on the Shift Crews page can be referenced and imported as needed into multiple shift reports. The Shift Crews page is accessed via the j5 IndustraForm Designer or via the Configuration menu in the j5 Operations Management System.

To access the Shift Crews module via the j5 IndustraForm Designer:

Select the Shift Handover scope.

Right-click the connection name in the navigation pane and select Configure Shift Crews in the shortcut menu. The Configure Shift Crews window appears.

Add a shift crew and crew members. Refer to Configure shift crews for more information.
When the crew members have been added, click the Shift Crews breadcrumb to return to the Shift Crews list view, or close the Configure Shift Crews window to return to the j5 IndustraForm Designer.
