The Key Shift Events section allows the entry of important events that have happened during the shift under various headings – HSE, Disruptions, Work Requests/Orders, Bypassed Alarm, Off-line Equipment, Permits, and Training Courses. Each event has its own custom fields which are entered directly into the shift report.
On the advanced operator shift report template, each event contains an Escalate option. When an event’s escalate check box is selected, the event is included in the corresponding section on the advanced supervisor shift report.
The events that are escalated from the advanced operator shift report are updated on the advanced supervisor shift report when the data is refreshed. The data is refreshed automatically when the Start Handover button is clicked to ensure that the report contains all the data entered during the shift.
