The Logbooks and Instructions section imports entry summaries from the Operations Logbook, Operator Rounds, Work Instructions, and Standing Orders applications. Entries that have been created during the shift and any entries from past shifts that are still open in the same area as the shift report are imported into the Logbooks and Instructions section.
The imported entries can be escalated from the advanced operator shift report to the advanced supervisor shift report by selecting the escalate check box.
The escalated entries appear in the advanced supervisor shift report below the entries imported directly into it. The escalated entries display the same area information as they displayed in the advanced operator shift report.
All the entries in the Logbooks and Instructions section are updated when the data is refreshed. The data is refreshed automatically when the Start Handover button is clicked to ensure that the report contains all the data entered during the shift.
