Select Select Entry on the left side of the main window.

In Selected list, specify the list that you want to sort.

Select the heading of the column by which you want to sort the entries in the select list.

If you want to sort the selected column in descending order, select the column heading again.

When you select a column, an up arrow or a down arrow appears in the column heading. This arrow identifies the column that the rows are sorted by and if it is sorted in ascending or descending order.

If you selected a list in the Select List view before you selected Select Entry, existing entries for the selected list appear by default.
