The HxGN EAM Inbox/Outbox is where messages for HxGN EAM are sent and received. It is also referred to as Infor OnRamp Inbox/Outbox. It has to reside in a database schema. The HxGN EAM database schema itself can be used, or a different database schema can be used for this purpose.
For on-premises EAM deployments, HxGN EAM Inbox/Outbox needs to be in HxGN EAM database schema itself. For cloud EAM deployments, HxGN EAM Inbox/Outbox needs to be in another database schema which is shared by all EAM tenants.
In cases where you use a dedicated database schema (not of any EAM tenant database schema), you need to create Infor ION Inbox/Outbox tables using a script which can be found in the Infor ION installation package.
