If the Type is "Ring" on the Key Management screen, the system will protect all the fields on the screen.
If the user or Web Service user attempts to modify the Locks tab including clicking the Add Lock button, the system displays this error:
Button-triggered / Web Service Error: "Locks tab cannot be modified for a Ring Type."
