The Meeting Minutes can be created via execution of an action. A new Meeting can be created using the inputs, Contract and Meeting Minute Name, and a Meeting Minute ID established by the system. The Meeting Minute ID is managed by the structure in the contract Setup screen (Contracts > Contract Setup > Contract Register - Register Admin). An event entry is added to the Meeting Minutes log.
To create meeting minutes, follow the procedure below:

Navigate to Contracts > Meeting Minutes.

Click the Actions list and select Create Meeting.

Click the Contract ellipsis to select the required contract.

Type a name in the Meeting Name field.

Click RUN and then OK. The new Meeting Minutes appears on the Meeting Register tab with Draft status.
