The Log tab provides a list of all process logs associated with fund request approvals. These records include:

Object Path ID: Displays the project ID.

Object Name: Displays the project name.

Fund Request ID: Displays the fund request ID.

Original Fund ID: Displays the original fund request ID.

Allocated Fund ID: Displays the allocated fund request ID.

Description: Displays the fund status of the fund request. This can be any of the below values:

Fully Allocated Request
-
Partially Allocated Request
-
Fund Request Not Allocated

Comments: Displays the comments typed during the approval of the fund request.

User: Displays the user-id of the user who approves the fund request.

Date: Displays the fund request approval date.

Amount: Displays the amount of fund approved.
To view the logs:

Navigate to Projects > Project Fund Requests.

Click the Log tab.

Click the Fund ellipsis to select the required fund. By default, the last selected fund appears.

This section is read-only panel and does not allow editing of any data, regardless of user security rights.

You can customize the view of the logs from the view settings.
