This procedure allows you to submit the open portfolio changes for approval. Once the new change is created, a log entry appears in the Portfolio Change Log panel and the status of the change updates to Approved.

Navigate to Portfolios > Changes.

Click the Actions list and select Submit Portfolio Change for Approval.

The Submit Portfolio Change for Approval dialog box appears.

Click the Portfolio Change ellipsis to select the required portfolio change. By default, the last selected portfolio change appears.

(Optional) Type a Comment.

Click the Run button. The Submit Portfolio Change for Approval confirmation dialog box appears.

Click the OK button. In the Portfolio Change Register panel, the status of the selected portfolio change is changed to Approved.

To view the log entry, click the Log tab.

To view the status of the risk, click the Portfolio Change Register tab.
