The performance experienced when loading the map for display in the Mobile Transit application, performing a feature search, or simply viewing the attributes for a selected feature can be significantly improved by properly tuning the data.
It is highly recommended to index the GISOBJID column in all integrated layers and periodically rebuild all indexes (both attribute and spatial indexes) to optimize performance.

For more information regarding creating attribute indexes for field(s) in a feature class, please see the following link: https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/10.3/manage-data/tables/creating-attribute-indexes.htm

If an attribute index has already been created for a field(s) within the feature class and this index requires update, then additional information can be found here: https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/manage-data/geodatabases/rebuilding-dataset-indexes.htm

Specific instructions for rebuilding the spatial index can be found here: https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/manage-data/geodatabases/modifying-a-spatial-index.htm
In addition to properly indexing, it is recommended to follow all GIS Server Administration best practices for service tuning and geodatabase performance.
