An RFQ is created on the Request for Quotation (RFQ) screen in HxGN EAM™. The process of completing an RFQ is status driven. The following is a list of the RFQ statuses in order of progression:

Unfinished

Ready to Send

Sent to Supplier
-
Receiving Quotations
-
All Quotations Received
-
Awarded / Closed
Based on these statuses, the system or the user performs an action until the final status of Awarded/Closed has been attained. Please note that the status of Cancelled was not included in the list above because this status prevents the user from continuing in the RFQ process.
