What's New with Troubleshooting - Intergraph Smart 3D - Troubleshooting - Hexagon

The following changes have been made to the Troubleshooting Guide.

Service Pack and Hot Fix Updates

• Added the message: “You do not have permission to access this SIO Run or its related objects.” to the Piping, HVAC, and Electrical To Do List messages. (P2 CP:349218)

• Updated Run database administration processes with the following:

  • Added information about the performance impacts when attaching and detaching large Reference 3D (R3D) models to a Smart 3D model in Project Management.

  • Added guidelines for when to stop the Smart 3D Rule Checker service before performing database intensive tasks.

Version 13

• Added new error messages related to Share/Synchronize failures due to schema/data errors and server errors. See Error Messages: A, Error Messages: E, Error Messages: F, Error Messages: R, and Error Messages: T. (P1 CP:333822)

• Added a new message in Hole Management: "Hole aspect geometry of selected outfitting(s) is non-circular. Please revise." (P2 CP:341056)

• Added a new message in Error Messages: B - Batch Update of SPRDirect fails after upgrading the Windows 10 operating system. (P2 CP:360798)

• Added four new error messages related to the restriction of cross project relationships when working with As-Built projects. There are four scenarios where cross project relationships might occur. When you encounter one of the scenarios listed below, the software displays a message and modeling is restricted until the issue is resolved.

  1. Modeling native publishable objects with relationship to other project data.

  2. Modeling native objects in relation to passive scope objects (Smart Interop Objects).

  3. Modeling without setting the active project.

  4. Modeling without having permissions on the active project.

• Added a new message in the Piping, HVAC, and Electrical To Do List messages. See Cable is out of date. Needs to be recomputed (see Cable is out of date. Needs to be recomputed). (P2 CP: 370519)

• Added a new message in the Hole Management To Do List messages. See No intersection is found between ‘Outfitting/Equipment Hole Aspect’ and ‘Structure(s)’. Please revise inputs. (P3 CP: 375004)

• Added information about enabling detailed error logging using the EnableErrorLog.exe tool. See Drawings and Reports. (P3 CP:330173)

• The Molded Forms To Do List message text "Plate is not cut. Opening sketch is invalid." is now "Plate is not cut by opening because the opening contour does not project onto the plate." (P3 CP:332468)

• Added Equipment To Do List messages. For more information, see Equipment To Do List Messages. (P3 CP:338621)

• Added Hangers and Supports To Do List messages. For more information, see Hangers and Supports To Do List Messages. (P3 CP:368676)
