Allows you to add, remove, update, and publish Smart Drawings to SmartPlant Foundation.
The grid shows the status of each Smart Drawing. If any commands are inactive, see Troubleshooting.
Updates the selected Smart Drawings. Use this command to update Smart Drawings when
the corresponding source files have changed. See Update Smart Drawings.
Creates a revision for the Smart Drawing with Major and Minor revision sets, depending
on the selected revision scheme in SmartPlant Foundation. You must revise the Smart
Drawing before publishing. See Configure different revision scheme strategies in the How to Configure Document Management guide. See Revise Smart Drawings.
Publishes and loads the selected Smart Drawing data into SmartPlant Foundation. See Publish Smart Drawings.
The column information represents Smart Drawing settings. You can drag a column header
and drop it to change the display order and grouping. To show or hide columns, right-click
in a column heading to open the shortcut menu. Check the titles of the columns to
remain displayed and clear those to be hidden.
Name
Shows the user-defined Smart Drawing name.
Location
Shows the file location containing the translated Smart Drawing files and generated
folders.
Translation Status
Shows the translation progress. Click the log file link to see any generated log files.
The log files display in your system's default text editor.
Translation Date
Shows when the Smart Drawing completed translation or the time when the translation
process stopped.
Target Application(s)
Lists the selected target applications for the Smart Drawing.
SPF Publish Status
Shows if the publish to SmartPlant Foundation completed. A status of None means that the Smart Drawing has not been published.
SPF Publish Date
Shows when the Smart Drawing completed publishing to SmartPlant Foundation or when
the publish process stopped.
SPF Document Major Revision
Specifies the first part of a revision scheme, which normally changes when a Smart
Drawing (document) undergoes a major change.
SPF Document Minor Revision
Specifies the optional second part of a revision scheme, which normally changes when
a Smart Drawing (document) undergoes an intermediate change and release.
Revision Status
Specifies the Smart Drawing status, such as Current or RESERVED.
Revision Date
Specifies the date when the revision was assigned. The column is left blank if there
is no revisioning.
