The vendor data requirements (VDRs) define the documentation that must be supplied by vendors as part of the contract. You can view the VDRs attached to an inquiry line item on the Line Item Vendor Data Requirements page.

Click Attachments - Line Item Vendor Data Requirements on the menu. The inquiry line items appear in the upper grid.

Select an inquiry line item. The attached VDRs appear with their names, the short description, the event, and the purpose in the lower grid on the left side.

Select a VDR to view its details on the Details panel on the right.
