After submitting a contract submittal, any user with access to the Approve Submittal or Reject Submittal actions may approve or reject a submittal. A log entry appears in the Log tab and all resources established in the Contract Setup screen (Contracts > Contract Setup > Contract Register – Workflow Admin) with a Distribution List value of All Contract Workflow or Submittals Workflow will be notified.
