Click Tools > Options to display the Options Dialog Box.

Click the File Locations Tab (Options Dialog Box).

Click the type of file for which to change the default location from the File Types column. This location is the folder selected by default when you save a new file.

Click Modify to display the Select Directory Dialog Box.

Select the folder in which you want to save the file. The location can use a UNC path.

If necessary, use the hierarchy tree to find the folder in which you want to save the file.

You can change the default file locations for Workspace, Workspace Template, Personal Report Template, Report Output files, and Custom Documentation.

The software saves these file locations within the workspace, so each workspace can have its own default locations for saving files.
