If you are upgrading from a version prior to SmartPlant Foundation 2018 and you want to use auto-correlation rules to help you correlate published objects, you must edit the Auto-Correlate workflow.
After the upgrade is complete, edit the Auto-Correlate workflow definitions as follows:

Add LoadPublishedDoc as the accept step for AutoCorrelateStepDefinition step.

Add Correlate as the reject step for AutoCorrelateStepDefinition step.

Remove the LoadPublishedDocContinue step.

Add ResolveConflicts as the reject step for LoadPublishedDoc step.

To install the auto-correlation rules delivered by default with the latest version
SmartPlant Foundation, load the DATA_CDWDEV-General.xml file using the SmartPlant Foundation Loader. This file is on Smart Community.
