You can select the customer for the quotation two ways:

By an easy to remember customer code. A customer code is different from the customer number that is unique to the customer. In the customer register, you can define a code based on a customer's name and site. For example, Workshop Ltd. London could be called WORLON. This makes the code easy to remember when you use specific naming rule for the codes. Enter the code, and then click Set. The customer data is copied to the new quotation.

By searching the customer register. Click Browse to open the customer register. Use the register to search for the customer. Click Select to copy the customer data to the new quotation.
