Select Revert to preparing - If the permit details need to be revised or if the work can't be completed in the planned timeline (for example, a necessary item for the work needs to be ordered).

Select Initial Gas Test - If the hot work permit requires gas testing, the initial gas test results need to be entered before the permit can be issued.

The Issue window appears. Confirm that the isolations are in place and the certificates have been issued, set the Work Allowed Until date, sign, and select Issue.

The Work Allowed Until date can't be more than 12 hours (default) after the current time and must be before or equal to the Valid Until date.
