To add the relevant hazards and controls to your form:

1. SELECT HAZARDS AND CONTROLS. The hazards and controls selection window opens.

2. Select the relevant hazards and controls. To do this, either:

   • Search for the hazards and controls using the search box. All the hazards and controls that reference the entered search terms automatically appear.

   • Select the relevant hazard groups, then select the relevant hazards in each group, and then select the relevant controls for each hazard.

   • Select Custom hazards (at the bottom of the HAZARD GROUPS column) and add custom hazards and controls.

   

   • If a hazard has mandatory controls, the mandatory controls are selected automatically and can't be cleared.

   • Custom hazards and controls only appear on the form that you created them on. If they should appear in the list of available hazards and controls, add them to the list on the Hazards and Controls configuration page.

3. Select REVIEW. The selected hazards and controls appear in a list.

4. If you need to add or remove items from the list, select BROWSE.

   When you are satisfied with the selected hazards and controls, select CONFIRM. The selected hazard and controls appear on the form.

   The list of hazards and controls can be edited after selecting CONFIRM. Select EDIT at the top of the hazards and controls section.
