Select Accept - If the permit details are clear and the work is understood.

The Accept Permit window appears. Confirm that you:

Understand the work to be carried out.

Understand the precautions required.

Understand the hazards involved.

Have explained the work, hazards, and precautions to all permit users (teammates).

Sign and select Accept.

State change: Issued > Live

Select Cancel - If the work shouldn't be completed or can't be completed (for example, due to a missing equipment).

User permissions: Issuing Authority or Area Authority

The Cancellation confirmation window appears. Confirm that you want to cancel the permit and select Cancel Permit.

State change: Issued > Cancelled

Time trigger

If the Work Allowed Until (or Issued Until) date is past while the permit is in the Issued state.
