Available values: Y and N (default).

If set to Y, all the inquiries that can be used for purchasing and that are still within the tender period are available in the Portal for all the suppliers that have been approved and are allowed for agreements, regardless if they are assigned as bidder, with the exception that inquiries with Non-Public set to Yes (on Inquiries Overview page) are only available for the assigned bidder.

If set to N, only those inquiries to which the supplier has been assigned as a bidder are available for this supplier in the Portal.
