Share signed-off or superseded documents or drawings - HxGN SDx - Update 61 - Help - Hexagon

The following steps illustrate the workflow for sharing a signed-off document.

Unlike continuous sharing for design review, sharing a revisable document is initiated using the Share command from the authoring tool.

1. Click Integration > Share. For more information, see Share a revisable document or drawing.

2. Select documents to share from the Share dialog box, and click OK.

3. On the New Revision Required dialog box, select the signed-off or superseded documents that you want to revise.

4. Click Yes to revise the signed-off document.

5. After the Revise dialog box appears, select a revision scheme with which to revise the signed-off document. For more information on revising documents, see Revising a document.

6. Click OK.

7. Click OK on the Share dialog box to complete the sharing process.
