When we copy and paste a comment from outside EAM , and the comment includes spaces, and new rows added by enter, the comment is not properly displayed on the report, the words sometimes do not have speces between them, and there is no separation between different row. Steps: # Work Orders | Comment - add a comment by copying for example text with spaces , different rows added by enter for eaxmple from Outlook email. Save. # Print Work Order and Print Work Order - print the WO with option to print comments checked. # See the comment does not look correct, spaces and rows are missing. Actual result - comment does not look correct, spaces and rows are missing Expected behaviour - Comment on the report looks like it looks in EAM Work Orders | Comments tab. |
