The Material Issue Report (MIR) view displays information on the issued materials for an IWP based on the Materials List in the Status View under Materials tab. (This view is available with HF1 and later.)
A MIR for an IWP provides details like MIR number, revision number, MIR status, and MIR posted date, along with the materials availability, status, and location of the issued materials for an IWP.

Manual Material items are not visible in the MIR View.
