Go to software\SPCTools\UX Toolkit on Azure Storage Explorer.

Place the folders from that location in the bin directory of the client install location. If this folder already exists in this location, merge the contents.
If you are already using a folder like de-DE it will not work if you put the files from UX Toolkit's de folder in that location. (Question: What are the de/de-DE folders? Are they going to know what this note means?)
