Solution

If you receive this message in the Smart Construction OnSite app, it usually means that the file is not available in the site's vault.

  1. Delete the file from the Smart Construction client.

  2. Add the file to the Smart Construction client.

  3. Open Smart Construction OnSite on your mobile device.

  4. Tap Update Now sync to sync with the latest data.

  5. Open the file in OnSite.
