Select multiple documents that you want to revise, and select Actions
> Edit > Revise.
The Bulk Revise page displays a list of selected documents which are valid or invalid for revise.

The documents selected for revise should already be signed off.

If the selected documents are not valid for revise, then a validation error message is displayed in the Invalid documents for revise section of the Bulk Revise page. The documents valid for revise are listed in the Valid Documents for Revise section.
You can either choose to proceed with the revisable documents only, or cancel the
operation to address the validation errors first.

Select Revise.
In the Notifications 
list, revise notifications are created for each document. You can check the status
of the revise process by refreshing the revise notification.
When you revise multiple documents simultaneously, the next major revision is created
for all the revised documents.
