Picklist Display

Choose how the object details in a list are displayed in the Results table by selecting Name, Description, or Both.

Nested Reference File Level

When viewing files, this limits how many levels of reference files are displayed by a master document, as the files may also reference other files. For example, if a master document was uploaded with four levels of reference files and the option is set to two, only the first two levels of reference files are displayed.

The option level set here is honored by the Desktop Client.

Show All Items On Update References Dialog

You can use this option to choose the display of files in the Update Reference Relationships window based on their relationship with the master document. By default, the button is switched ON to show all files for a document with reference relationships such as Always Update, Prompt Update and Always Update Working Revisions.They are displayed in the Update Reference Relationships window as active or inactive depending on their reference relationships with the master document.

You can switch OFF the button to show only the files with out-of-date reference relationships with the master document in the Update Reference Relationships window.

Format type for email digest

Select the format for the email digest to be HTML or Text.

Select HTML to switch on any links in the emails in the email digest.

Email digest duration in hours

Set the number of hours you want to receive notifications in an email digest. For example, setting 4 means an email digest message is received every 4 hours - the digest combines all notifications from the previous 4 hours.

Notification type

Choose the type of notification you want to receive, Notify, Email, or Notify and Email.

• Notify indicates messages appear as a software notification.

• Email indicates messages are delivered using your email.

Group email per project

Indicates that notifications included in an email digest message should be grouped according to the project with which they are associated.

Info Map node type display name

Sets the object type to show the relationship of an Info Map satellite node with the main node. Choose how the node type is displayed by selecting Class display name or Relationship display name.

Use dashboard as default home page

Uses your available home screen dashboards as your default home page instead of using feature sets.

Open Info Map in a new browser tab

Indicates that the Info Map is displayed in a new browser tab when it is opened from an Impact Analysis, Conflict Resolution, Data Book Management, or Communication Management page.
