Export Glossaries - Intergraph Smart Materials - 10.2 - Help - Hexagon

From the Glossaries page, select a glossary.

Select a language from the Languages list.

Select Show All Prompts or Show Page Prompts to export.

Select Export and then in the Export window, select the appropriate option from the following:

1. All not translated prompts - Exports all prompts available in the database.

2. All translated prompts - Exports all prompts available in the database with their translations.

3. Prompts missing in selected glossary - Exports all prompts available in the database that are not assigned to the selected glossary.

4. Selected glossary - Exports the prompts of the selected glossary, including their translations.

Select Export to export the prompts in the form of an Excel workbook.
