Associate users with specific responsibilities to indicate the person should perform that particular work. An example of a user responsibility is reviewing a completed work order checklist.

Select Administration > Security > User Setup.

Select the user for which to associate responsibilities, and then click the Responsibilities tab.

Click Add Responsibility.

Specify this information:
Responsibility - Specify the task the user will be responsible for completing.

Click Submit.
