Select GIS layer attributes based on the customer address to display on the Additional Info popup of the Call Center form.

To specify attributes for the Call Center form:

  1. Select Operations > Call Center > Call Center.

  2. Select an organization, and then click the GIS Attributes tab.

  3. Click Add Attribute. The system inserts a new Attribute Details record.

  4. Specify this information:

    Layer - Select the layer for which to choose attributes.

    Attribute - Select the attribute to appear on the popup.

    Alias - Enter an alias for the attribute. If your attribute name is PC_Parcid enter Parcel Number in Alias.

  5. Click Submit.
