Manage the access groups for a method - HxGN SDx - Update 64 - Administration & Configuration

You can manage the access groups that are related to a method.

1. Search for the required method, and then select Actions > Manage Access Groups.

   To restrict method access based on the ownership of an object, select the owning groups to which you want to restrict access to in the Filter By Owner Or Owning Group. For more information, see Manage the access groups for a role.

2. Set Restrict When In Workflow to True if you want to restrict method access to only workflow action recipients if the object is in a workflow.

   When set to True, and the object is in a workflow, the method is only available to users that are recipients of an action for the current workflow step.

3. Select the condition that must be satisfied before the method can be run if required. This condition must be satisfied when users in that access group try to run the method.
