Methods are exposed as function tiles in a feature set, actions, action menus, and search options. Methods are exposed to users through their relationships with specific roles. When an access group is associated with a role, the methods that are exposed are available to all the users assigned to that role.
The relationships between methods and access groups can be configured using Manage Methods command, which allows you to add methods to an access group and edit the relationship properties.

Search for an access group, and select Actions
> Manage Methods.
