Problem
When configuring Version 5 or later of Smart API Manager using the saved configuration file, you might see the following error:
Cause
This error might occur when you do not remove the application pool and site associated with the prior version of Smart API Manager after its deletion. Leaving the application pool and site can lead to configuration issues when deploying the latest Smart API Manager version.
Solution
To avoid this error, we recommend you delete the existing application pool and site of prior version of Smart API Manager and try again.
